Section 1
The following Refund and Return Policy covers the Products that are available on our Online store - Please refer to Section 2 for our policy on "Make your Own Mosaic Lamp Workshop Services"
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns due to a change of mind. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All return postage due to change of mind are at the cost of the customer. Please ensure that the item is adequately packaged so that it can return to us in good order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@sultanstreasure.com.

Cancellation Policy
Due to the popularity of classes and staff scheduling we ask that any requests for rescheduling be done 3 days in advance of your booked class. No shows without 3 day notice will not be eligible for refund, credit nor reschedule. Please contact sales@sultanstreasure.com with written requests for change of time.
This course is not refundable though credit notes can be given to be used at a later date or in store with product (as long as 3 day notice has been given to class operator by way of email to the above email address.
Sultan's Treasure at times will reserve the right to cancel classes due to low booking numbers or staff illness. In this occurrence we will notify enrolled participants via text message and site email as to options of new times - and credit or refund options
Pop Up Classes - Regional
Regional Pop up classes are a fun way to offer the best of our business in your local community.
Due to the popularity of these classes and the logistical costs involved with providing these events all bookings are non refundable, if due to illness or mishap we will consider credit notes on a case by case basis. Attendees who are granted this will be able to pick up a DIY Kit from our "pop up location" or email a request for a Credit note to be used on our DIY Kits
