I bought a lamp from this company and not only did I receive a hand written note thanking me for my business, but they had noticed I forgot to purchase a light bulb for my lamp and threw one in. To say I am grateful is an understatement. It's so rare for a business to be so attentive and giving!! I will definitely be buying my bulbs/other turkish lamp purchases from this business in the future!! Also the lamp was a gift and it was the most beautiful thing I could have received! Incredibly happy :))

The project arrived quickly and contained everything needed to complete the project which is ideal to do on a cold wet day. I appreciated the videos that could be watched before hand but just following the instruction sheets made it virtually foolproof
